The virtual gala will feature several different elements

Team Costume Contest

Wands, wings, and magical things are a big part of what has made our galas at Terrace on The Park sparkle. In the months leading up to the event we invite you to create a team and submit a group costume for the costume contest! You can sign up and fundraise for your team here. Winners in various costume categories and those who raise the most funds will be announced on the night of the event and all group costume photos will be featured in a slideshow.

Not sure who to gather for a group costume? Think about co-workers, friends, family, neighbors, etc! Participating is easy, and you can send us multiple photos to collage together so that not all members of the team have to be in the same place. Register here, get creative and let us know of any questions.

Online Auction

The online auction to support the gala will launch two weeks before the event and end the Sunday night after the gala. Even if you can’t make it to the video conference, take a look at the auction items and make a bid to grant a dream! Details and link forthcoming.

Dream Donations

Wishing you could pay for a dream from the dream board at the event? We will have several pre-requested dreams that you can sponsor before, during, or after the gala.

Virtual Program Booklet

Submit an ad for the virtual program booklet. E-mail ajce@nyfairygodmother.org for details, pricing, and design support if necessary! Help the Fairy Godmother Foundation while promoting yourself, your organization/company, or honoring a friend or family member.

Virtual Gala

Though we are saddened to not see you all in person at Terrace On The Park, we hope that you will join us the night of the Gala for a virtual gathering which will feature brief cameos from past honorees, updates on the impact of dreams granted by our organization with your support, a virtual costume contest, online auction, and special guests! We will honor Dr. Stephen Dolgin, Brittany Schiavone, and Deacon Bill Shea. The night will feature a music from Tori Britt, who plays Anna in Disney’s Frozen - Live at the Hyperion at the Disneyland Resort; a performance from one of our partner organizations Dancing Dreams, which provides adaptive dance classes to children with physical and/or medical challenges; a song or two from Squeaky Clean, an award winning rock band; and a few other magical surprises!
